24.09.2024 Pregnancy

Good afternoon, dear readers of my blog!

Less than a month left until the holiday on February 23rd. We are increasingly thinking about nice gifts for our men: husband, grandfather, brother, dad and even colleagues. And that's right! They need our attention, because they are our favorite protectors and support.

Of course, it’s easy and simple to go and buy some trinket in the store and give it as a gift. But everyone so values the time spent on it in a gift. And have no doubt that your dear men do not pay attention to this. How they treat you!

Therefore, a worthy option for a present is to make it with your own hands. Fortunately, there are a lot of materials at hand, and there is plenty of time before the holiday. There is only one thing left - to give a gift, putting your love and soul into it.

Below is a selection of original gift ideas for February 23, both for dad and husband, and for male colleagues at work.

Funny gifts for husband from wife on Defender's Day

A beloved husband is always happy to receive congratulations from his dear wife. What can you do to please your better half? Here's what! You can always cook something delicious - as they say, the way to a man's heart is through his stomach.

You can bake gingerbread cookies and paint them with icing to match the holiday style. By the way, a simple recipe.

Or serve a delicious breakfast in bed.

It would be nice to design such a delicious men’s bouquet of sausages, cheese and buns on Defender of the Fatherland Day.

To do this, you need to buy sausages, sausages, cheese, tomatoes and long wooden sticks. Carefully place the products on the sticks using tape and combine everything into a bouquet. Wrap it in eco-friendly paper and give it to your beloved husband for the holiday.

And here is a short video on how to make a beer cake. Drinking a little beer with friends on this day is not forbidden, so feel free to make an amazing cake!

In an original way, we give socks and champagne to our favorite tanker.

With your gift, be sure to hug your beloved husband. Tell him warm, affectionate words, and don’t be too lazy to once again confess your love and affection.

Video: making cool DIY paper cards for dad

And here I suggest you watch a video on how to make cool postcards in the form of stylish men's suits. The postcards turn out so beautiful and original that they will definitely capture your dad’s imagination. And of course, they will make you very happy!

We are preparing interesting gifts for children in kindergarten on February 23

We make simple crafts for kindergarten with kids. We can easily and quickly make such crafts with our kids, and then give them to dad, grandpa, brother or uncle.

Every happy father will undoubtedly be proud of a gift made by the hands of his beloved child.

Postcard shirt-bow.

  1. We will need colored paper, glue, scissors, markers.
  2. Make the base of the shirt and fold it in half. Cut out a bow, collar and pocket handkerchief.
  3. Glue the collar and bow together with the child. We draw buttons and a pocket. Glue a red handkerchief onto the pocket.
  4. Inside the postcard you can paste ready-made congratulations on Defender’s Day or write them by hand.

Craft “Medal for Dad”

  1. Needed: old CDs, plasticine, colored cardboard, glue. We cut out 8-pointed stars from cardboard paper so that the center coincides with the disk. We glue the disks onto the stars.
  2. We sculpt Russian flags, tanks, airplanes and the numbers 2 and 3.
  3. We flatten the figures a little and glue them to the disk. Plasticine is a fairly sticky substance and therefore will easily stick to the smooth side of the disc.

Modeling from plasticine, especially small parts, is good for developing fine motor skills in children.

4. We also make stripes on the stars from plasticine. We present the finished stars to proud fathers with congratulations.

Garland of ties

Armed with scissors, colored paper, glue, a hole punch and ribbon, you can create such a beautiful garland with your child.

What to make for grandpa for the holiday

It is imperative to congratulate grandfathers on Defender of the Fatherland Day. But what is so unusual that you can give?

We sew a phone case in the form of shoulder straps. Grandfather will be very happy with such a gift.

We will need felt of different colors, scissors and thread.

And here is a wonderful master class from the boy Roma on making a cap from colored paper.

Some fresh ideas on how to congratulate colleagues at work

Close male friends and colleagues can be congratulated with wonderful chocolate medals. It is enough to buy molds in the form of airplanes and tanks at a hobby store. There, in the soap-making section, they sell a wide variety of forms.

It will not be difficult for skilled needlewomen to knit a cute sweater for a mug. After all, everyone has personal mugs for tea and coffee at work.

Small felt keychains will greatly delight your work colleagues. This craft can be attached to your keys or simply worn on your belt.

Manufacturing is quite simple - cut out 2 identical halves of the figure from felt. We put padding polyester or cotton wool inside and sew along the edges.

It looks quite interesting. Do you like it?

A beautiful and courageous holiday, which every year, in my opinion, is celebrated in our country on a larger scale. After the collapse of the USSR, there was a strange period when Defender of the Fatherland Day was celebrated very modestly and even bashfully: they simply congratulated men out of habit, trying not to focus on the fact that they, first of all, are OUR DEFENDERS.

There is a great selection of ideas on how to congratulate men in the office!

Sincere patriotism is returning, and it's wonderful! I propose to congratulate and honor our boys and men in a way that makes them feel truly strong and courageous.

All this needs to be somehow reflected in the design of the premises. Now I will just remind you of simple techniques that can be used in the classroom, school hall, office or small cafe.

Balloon camouflage

Balloons now come in all colors and shades, so I think it’s not so difficult to choose a green color scheme that everyone present will associate with the camouflage clothing of our soldiers.

There are also ready-made camouflage balloons. It’s even simpler here - you don’t need to select any shades.

From balls of these shades you can weave a garland of 4 balls or simply place balls with ribbons under the ceiling. By the way, it is better to make ribbons in the colors of the Russian tricolor.

Russian flag

Naturally, you can use ready-made flags and small flags made of fabric and other materials. Nowadays, you can order flags of all sizes for delivery in two clicks. To decorate for February 23, a few bright “touches” in addition to the green balls are enough.

Another good option for creating a huge flag is polysilk. This is a non-woven material that is sold in rolls. It is not afraid of moisture and is very light. This flag can be made to cover an entire wall.

We will “support” the colors of the Russian flag with balloons:

  • make garlands (we decorate the edge of the stage, the front door or columns)
  • arrange “fountains” - these are floor compositions of 7-10 helium balloons tied to a weight or a special stand
  • make bouquets of 3 balloons (red-blue-white) on the tables
  • stretch helium chains-rainbows, where the balls of the colors we need will alternate
  • The Russian flag can be woven from balloons in the form of a panel

Balloon figures and numbers

Another notable decoration for our room on February 23rd are large balloon figures. In principle, you can make a tank, an airplane or a comic figure of a soldier in uniform, but more often they stop at the numbers “23” of impressive size. They can be 2 meters in height.

The simplest option is foil balloons in the form of numbers. They can be filled with helium or inflated with regular air (in this case you need to attach them to the wall). Such numbers come in different colors, sizes - from 30 cm to 2 meters. Sold in online holiday-themed stores. If numbers are part of their balloon composition, decorators will bring everything with them and inflate it at your premises. They look like this:

Paper decorations

Let's remember our childhood

Cheap and cheerful - lots and lots of paper airplanes made from colored paper. They can be hung from the suspended ceiling grid at different heights or simply placed randomly on walls, doors and furniture. For these purposes, you can use double-sided tape or easily removable “chewing gum” for decoration.

Large ready-made paper decorations

In many more “Everything for the Holiday” stores. They are sold folded, take up very little space and can be used multiple times. Naturally, we are interested in red and gold stars. By the way, they go well with floor decorations made of balls.

Pompoms

At first glance, paper pompoms do not look manly. They are too airy and frivolous. But! I suddenly saw that the white and bright red pompoms were very reminiscent of carnations - the same flowers that are on almost all men's cards. Do you agree? .

Posters

Nowadays you can buy a poster of any size; there are a lot of offers on the Internet. These can be modern posters or copies with propaganda stories from the Second World War. In any case, these images create the right atmosphere on Defender of the Fatherland Day. Of course, pictures look better framed under glass, but you can just make a collage on the wall.

Letters and numbers from different materials

We are talking, first of all, about the inscription “February 23”. Now I won’t repeat what decorative techniques you can use, I’ll just give you a link to mine.

Fabric draperies

Yes, camouflage fabric is sold in specialty stores. It can be used to decorate walls and holiday stands. Wrap large boxes of household appliances with this fabric and place framed photographs of Russian soldiers from different years.

Photozone

This is the kind of place that everyone wants to take a photo against. To make everything emotional, make a background of fabric, ribbons or balls, and place interesting accessories nearby - prop weapons, hats and raincoats. Let your guests have something to show on your social media pages!

I hope that for the flight of your imagination, I have collected enough ideas for decorating premises on Defender of the Fatherland Day.

February 23 is coming very soon, and all women in the country will be faced with a difficult question: what to give to the men they love? After all, you want the present to be not only useful, but also original. That is why we have found 20 unusual gifts that every representative of the stronger sex will appreciate.

Give socks?! This is banal! - you exclaim. And on the one hand you will be right. But on the other hand... it depends on what kind of socks! If this is a “General” set of 30 pairs, designed for a whole year, then the gift immediately becomes exclusive.

It is known that cooking shashlik and barbecue are traditionally male activities. So why not please your “chef” with a set for culinary achievements in nature? There are skewers, a spatula for turning steak, and a fork for meat... Now every picnic will become a real event!

But it’s not just kebabs and steaks that you can impress a group of people in the fresh air. With the “Field Kitchen” set you will conquer any dish. The compact case contains two removable handles and attachments for them: a ladle, a frying spatula, a fork and as many as five knives. There is also a cutting board and a corkscrew. Long live the feast for the whole world!

And any driver will appreciate such a gift. A comfortable and roomy metal mug with heating from the cigarette lighter and a display will become a faithful companion on trips and travels. Remember: the heart, engine and coffee must be hot!

Having opened a strong wooden box, your recipient will find in its depths not only six metal glasses, but also a light sea breeze, the sound of waves and the cries of seagulls... or did it all just seem like it?.. The “Ship Barrel” set is the best cure for longing for sea travel and just a wonderful gift for true romantics.

Kizlyar knives are rightfully considered one of the best. The blades of such knives are sharp and durable, because the best steel is used for their production, and the handles are comfortable and ergonomic. And knives from Kizlyar are famous for their design - traditional, brutal and attractive.

Or this, more “civilized” option: Swiss knives from Victorinox. Frankly speaking, these are not even knives, but real multitools. The Victorinox handle can hide not only a blade, but also many other tools - from a corkscrew and scissors to a screwdriver and pliers. Recommended for those who like to do everything with their own hands!

What man doesn't love fishing? Only those who have never been there! And what would fishing be without fish soup cooked right on the river bank? One problem: the fish needs to be cleaned, and this is a whole story... Or not? Just take a closer look at this set for cutting and cleaning fish! There is a special knife, a wooden board with a tail clip, and even a glove to protect the palm. And remember: the fish must be cleaned from the tail, against the growth of the scales!

Flying quadcopters has long been a popular pastime. True, in order for a flying car to take off, you need to go outside and make sure that there is enough space for maneuvers. But what to do if you don’t feel like leaving your cozy apartment, but the thirst for flying is strong? Take the control panel in your hands and let this tiny quadcopter overcome the expanses of your apartment! Such a gift will be especially appreciated by those men who are still going to school or kindergarten. :)

Who said that representatives of the stronger sex should not wear jewelry? The Spartan bracelet collection, for example, was created specifically for men. What suits both the hairy metalhead and the hipster with glasses? “Spartan” tchotchkes for men! :)

And these gifts will not only please your man, but can also become the highlight of the holiday. Board games are back in fashion, and their variety is simply amazing. There is a wide choice – from the cheerful “Crocodile” and the strategic “Monopoly” to the rollicking “Drunken Roulette”. But the success of the party will be ensured regardless of your choice!

Flying kites is one of the most romantic activities. Especially if we are talking about a huge, bright and unusual snake made of the strongest nylon. Conquer the skies by sending your kite flying!

Even if such a set at first glance seems like a funny joke, but in fact it is a useful and even necessary thing for all men who love hiking, long-distance travel, active recreation, as well as for representatives of such professions as, for example, geologists and archaeologists. What is hidden in the wooden box? A flashlight, matches that are not afraid of wind and water, soap, a spoon and fork, a pair of socks, underwear and taiga tar to disinfect your mouth and freshen your breath. Take care of your favorite “savage”!

Does it bother you that your husband is always shuffling things into the trunk somehow? Do you feel like a hurricane went through your car? Then give a car organizer bag as a gift on February 23rd. This accessory is made of durable fabric, and it will easily accommodate all the “riches” stored in the trunk.

Has this ever happened to you: you arrived at your dacha, and you looked and you forgot your keys!.. So what should you do? Go back? Or you can do it differently: take such a cache-stone and hide a spare set of keys in it. Even Sherlock Holmes will not guess that one of the cobblestones on your site is actually a disguised “safe”. Give this pebble to a diligent summer resident and be sure that he will always be able to get into his own home.

Those who regularly travel to different countries will definitely appreciate this gift. You just need to move the sliders on the side of the adapter, and it transforms into the desired plug. There are also two USB connectors on board for charging your phone or tablet.

This original adapter for charging a mobile phone is suitable as a gift for all lovers of modern gadgets. Plug the faucet into the socket, connect the USB cable to it, and electric current will flow into the phone battery!

This thing is called tubing. To put it simply, this is an inflatable three-seater sled for riding with the breeze. The tubing is made of impact-resistant and perfectly gliding PVC, and that is why the sensation of driving down the mountain will be simply enchanting. But not only in winter this device will be useful for you. Tubing is ideal for overcoming the water elements. Take it with you to the sea or to the water park and have fun!

A drunk glass is a cool gift for cheerful people. The shape of the glass seems to hint that the holiday was a success. Such glasses will be an excellent gift for a friendly male company.

Smart bracelets are among those gadgets that make life better. If you are looking for a gift for an athlete or just any person who pays attention to their own health, give them such a bracelet. The small digital device is packed with a lot of skills. It calculates the calorie content of dishes, monitors sleep, counts steps and calories burned, and collects statistics based on the data received. Give us a healthy lifestyle!

Modern Defender of the Fatherland Day is far from an innovation. Even at the dawn of Soviet power, this day was celebrated as the Birthday of the Red Army and Navy. It was celebrated with pleasure as Soviet Army Day. Girls, girls, and women tremblingly prepared and gave gifts to the heroes of the occasion. Of course, at that time it was not very possible to pick up a good souvenir, which is perhaps why the tradition of cooking took root in our country. DIY crafts for February 23rd: it was always original, beautiful and soulful.

For the holiday, you can decorate your room with airplanes.

Of course, over almost a hundred years, the types of gifts changed according to the era. Modern gifts are no longer those pretentious souvenirs with Soviet symbols, red carnations and stars. But the meaning is still the same: the gift should personify the masculinity and strength of our defenders. After all, what’s wrong with the fact that their attitude towards army service is often absolutely conditional. It doesn’t matter: men remain our armor. So the meaning of our gift is to emphasize our respectful attitude towards them: their role in our lives, their work, hobbies, even if they are often very naive.

Just print out the template and prepare some thick cardboard.

Secure the parts with tape.

Now build the propeller and the plane is ready.

It is our duty to please the men dear to us on such a day. Therefore, gifts should be made for dad, brother, employee, husband or even a classmate. In order for them to like the craft, they will have to invest not only all their skills, a lot of time, money, but also their soul into it. You say, this is intangible - who will notice? He may not notice it, but he will definitely feel it.

So, the simplest gift option for men is a delicious feast. Who better than women to please the opposite sex with such gifts! Of course, you can limit yourself to traditional dishes, or you can do something exclusive. For example, a birthday cake in the shape of a tank, shoulder straps, cap or cap goes off with a bang. Even simple sandwiches in the shape of boats with cheese sails are already a festive dish. But our creative housewives are capable of even more culinary feats!

You can give your defender a bottle of wine with this decoration from a shirt sleeve.

DIY crafts for February 23rd for kindergarten turn into very touching gifts that can touch even the most hardened warriors with elephant skin. Therefore, not only educators and teachers should help children with gifts for their fathers and grandfathers, but also mothers, grandmothers, and sisters.

These beautiful boxes can be made simply and easily if you print a ready-made template: .

Don't forget to put candy in the bag.

Better yet, pack cookies you make yourself.

A very unusual paper craft.

Either with your child or on your own, you can make a stand for stationery in a cowboy style. To make it, you will need the simplest materials and tools. You need to prepare a piece of denim fabric, braid, cord for braiding, Moment glue, and also a patch (label) from old jeans. You will also need a tin jar (for example, for pineapples or olives). The upper part of the stand is decorated with a belt with embroidery, which was located on the inside of the trousers. The belt is simply straightened out and put on the neck of the jar. At the same time, he closes its edge, decorating the tin outside and inside. First, the outer part of the belt is glued, and then, after it dries, the inner part is pulled tight and glued. Decorative tape is used to hide the joint. The end of the braid is also attached to this area. After the glue has completely dried, when the belt is finally fixed, a cord is tightly wound around the can, covering the entire surface of the tin. Moreover, the color of the cord should match the denim fabric. Finally, all that remains is to glue on the leather patch. It is the label that gives such a banal pen stand such elegance and integrity, after which no additional decorative decorations will be needed. This homemade men's gift is made very quickly: just about half an hour - and the stand is ready. This is how a simple tin can and old jeans turn into a stylish cowboy-style item that can adequately decorate your husband’s workplace and delight his colleagues.

Such a wonderful plane was made by master SankA. You will need colored paper and a matchbox.

A very beautiful airplane with a flower propeller.

A postcard in the form of a man's shirt with a tie looks very original: a sheet of golden cardboard is folded into the shape of a book, on the front side of which holes are made into which a loop of a bright (for example, blue) tie is threaded. You can improve this idea and make a shirt with a jacket and tie. This “outfit” is very simple to perform. First, a sheet of double-sided colored cardboard is selected and folded into a window with two shutters. The white “shirt” is glued to the cardboard base from the inside, and a checkered tie is glued to it. Then the “jacket lapels” are folded away from the base, revealing the tie and shirt collar. Then the folds of the collar are decorated with stitches, buttons, a pocket with a handkerchief are glued on, decorative seams are drawn - and the outfit is ready. But it won’t turn into a postcard without a congratulatory signature. You can also put not a “handkerchief” in your pocket, but a note of congratulations.

It’s very easy to make such a shirt with an overcoat - you can see for yourself.
